We use MailChimp for our marketing emails and operate in full accordance with their Privacy Policy and Terms. MailChimp is operated outside of the UK.

VISIT HISTORY FOR FLOAT CENTRE EXPERIENCE

 

Retaining relevant data helps us to enhance your floatation experience –

 

Knowing how many visits you have made allows us to tailor your experience around what you prefer.

As a regular customer we can see if you consistently appear for appointments made and can take this into consideration if you miss an appointment without advising us. This helps us to treat good, loyal customers professionally and reasonably.

Data allows us to keep notes on the system that will help us provide the best floatation sensation experience whilst meeting all health and safety requirements. For example, around whether you are pregnant or have physical allergies or mental challenges that, if we are aware, we can plan for in advance.

You may ask and have immediate access to any of the data we retain on you and if you wish would have it removed under GDPR “right of access” rule.

We store your purchase history to see what you have paid for and used. We may have special offers that are single use, or must be used within a certain period, so we can see if they have been redeemed or not.  We then may use this information to see what most of our customers like, so that we can offer this throughout to our clientele.
